Welcome to Blankitt Privacy

Blankitt Privacy is your privacy request desk: one place to receive, verify, work, and deliver data subject requests (often called DSARs or, in the US, consumer rights requests), with the deadlines, evidence, and audit trail handled for you.

How a request flows

  1. Someone submits a request on your branded intake portal.
  2. They verify their email, which starts the legal clock and sets the deadline.
  3. Collection tasks are created, one per data source, and routed to each system's owner.
  4. Owners upload extracts or confirm nothing is held.
  5. You package the response, a DPO signs it off, and it's delivered through a passcode-protected link.
  6. The request closes, with every step recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.

What to set up first

If you're new, work through the Getting started guide at the bottom of this Help Centre. In short:

  1. Branding & intake in Settings: your display name, the request types you accept, and your privacy notice links.
  2. Data sources: the systems that hold personal data and who owns each one.
  3. Workflow templates: so the right tasks are created automatically for each request type.
  4. Your team: invite the people who work requests, and set roles under Settings, then Team & roles.

Where things live

  • Dashboard: today's picture, what's due, what's waiting on you.
  • Requests: the full queue and each request's detail page.
  • My tasks: your personal collection work.
  • Reports: volumes, on-time rate, and the exportable SLA report.
  • Data sources: systems and owners.
  • Settings: everything configurable, including templates and audit integrity.
