Track sending subdomains

List the subdomains that send mail as your domain so DNS and SPF tooling checks their records alongside the root.

Mail often leaves from subdomains — mail.example.com for transactional sends, eu.example.com for a regional platform. Their DNS records are separate from the root domain's, and a missing SPF record on a sending subdomain is a common source of unexplained failures.

Add a subdomain

Open the domain and scroll to Tracked subdomains (or choose Subdomains in the side menu). Enter the subdomain label — mail, or a deeper chain like eu.mail — and press Add. Enter only the label: no protocol, and without the root domain, which is appended for you.

Remove one with the × on its chip. Changes save immediately.

What tracking does

Subdomains listed here are checked alongside the root domain by the DNS and SPF tooling, so a subdomain with a missing or broken record surfaces on the domain's page instead of hiding until reports show failures.

Your DMARC policy already covers subdomains through the sp= tag (or p= when sp= is absent) — tracking here changes what the dashboard checks, not what receivers enforce.
